Towards Aging Backwards!

Updated: Oct 7, 2023

I imagine that by now, you have heard me singing the praises of Kaiut Yoga. I know, I know, you have done yoga... but this yoga, kaiut yoga, is like no other yoga I have ever experienced!

After my first Kaiut Yoga class, I was quickly sold on the value of this method, especially after finding stories of older students who had been practicing Kaiut Yoga for 20 years and now in their eighties were only aware of their own aging when they looked in the mirror! It really hooked me because that is really WHAT I WANT! How about you?

Since June of 2018, I have been a regular practitioner of this method of yoga and I feel my body aging backwards! No kidding, actually aging backwards! This pair of photos illustrates a before Kaiut me and an after 3 years of regular Kaiut me. Simply amazing!

I have been teaching this approach now for more than three years and I see the benefits in myself and in my students as well. It is such a game changer and bringer of hope for a better, more mobile and functional life! I love this stuff and just want to share it with everybody that I know.

To that end, I am offering an Intro To Kaiut Series in January! If you are curious to try this Method out, here is a wonderful opportunity to dip in and see how it feels for a month!

These classes are live online classes and you can join me through the magic of Zoom no matter where you live.

The Intro Series begins on Monday January 9 and runs through January 30th at 7pm eastern time. Sign up now for this January series at

Tuition is $90 for the series. Included in the series price: 4 Monday Intro Classes, A Pass for 4 more Drop In Classes during January, lots of support and resources and a path to feeling more ease and freedom in your body!

You can expect an individually-oriented teaching approach with helpful tips and modifications suited just to you and your needs in each class. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will get 48 hour access to the recording of our class to practice when it works for you.

About the Method: Our lifestyle adversely affects the biomechanics of the body which creates stress to the nervous system, impairs brain function and mobility. The Kaiut Yoga Method works from the joints to keep us functioning as freely and efficiently as possible for as long as possible.

The practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger pain relief, improve mobility, unwind chronic adhesions in the connective tissue and help to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. We work with the help of gravity and the floor to access the blockages and restrictions that keep us from moving with ease.

This is an inclusive method, using simple shapes to create a format of yoga accessible to all practitioners regardless of flexibility, strength, age, or experience.

The method aims to deliver consistent long-term healing results. It has been designed to work through chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, and to work for the inflexible, hyper flexible and the aging body.

This practice is a tool that builds freedom in the body and mind, extends life and establishes a more relaxed, balanced approach to everyday life.
