Tuition: $90 includes 4 Monday Intro Classes plus a Pass for 4 more Classes during January. 


Are you looking for a great way to start the new year off on the right foot? Tired of losing mobility and feeling stiff? Want to start taking Kaiut Yoga classes but don't know where to start? 

Join Beth for this Intro Series and learn about the Kaiut Yoga Method and see what a difference this practice can make in your body and your life. This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in this practice, built for everybody, and learn the foundations of this method.

This 4 week beginner friendly series starts on Monday, January 9 and runs through Monday, January 30th.

Intro Classes are on Mondays via Zoom from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM Eastern Time. If you need to miss a class, no worries, each class will be recorded and the recording will be made available to anyone who misses a class for 48 hours. 

You can expect an approach that is personalized for each participant, allowing you to get so much out of every session. This 4 week series includes one Intro class per week plus 4 more class credits to drop in on some of our regularly scheduled classes during our month together. Each week after the Monday class, there will be a follow-up email with links to resources for you to explore the Method more completely.
