JIN SHIN JYUTSU is an ancient art of releasing tension. This guided meditation and self-energy healing work involves breath awareness and gentle touch applied in specific sequences that relax and energize body, mind and spirit. This practice is meditative and restorative and therefore soothing to the nervous system. We use props to support and enable us to hold the steps we use on ourselves to bring balance to our energy patterns, promoting optimal health and deep relaxation.

Take a blissful break and join us for this restorative practice. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a simple and powerful tool, available to all.
