Perspective is Everything

Perspective is everything. We can change how we see things by changing our perspective or our mindset. When we are in a rut, rather than focusing on the rut, we get farther when we focus on the way out. When we are stressed, we often focus on the stress rather than breaking free of the stress cycle and re-setting.


My talk for this week’s foundation class was about just this. Breaking, or more accurately, completing the stress cycle and coming back to a neutral place and thereby changing our perpetual state of stress.


I promised to share two TedTalks that have really influenced how I think about stress now.
