As a teacher of the Kaiut Yoga Method, I’m truly grateful to be able to share this book with my students and this community. This practice has had a profound impact on my own life, and it’s meaningful to have a resource that explains the “why” behind what we do in class.

What makes this method so unique is its focus on joint health and calming the nervous system, rather than performance or flexibility. Instead of trying to achieve a certain shape, we begin to listen to the body and work with it as it is. Over time, this creates more ease, resilience, and freedom in how we move.

I’ve seen these principles lead to real, lasting changes—not only in my own body, but in so many of the people I work with. The book does a beautiful job of explaining how patterns of stiffness and discomfort develop, and how small, consistent movements can begin to shift them.

Like anything, this work is best experienced in practice, where guidance and subtle adjustments make all the difference. But this book is a wonderful place to start and a meaningful companion to the work we do together.

I highly recommend it to anyone curious about a more sustainable, thoughtful approach to movement and well-being.
