Two Workshops

at Wellspring Wellness Yoga Studio

A morning workshop from 10:30-12:30. “From the Ground Up” will focus on the Kaiut Foot and Hand Therapeutic Sequences and include interesting facts about feet and hands.

​

And an afternoon workshop from 2-4 pm. “Kaiut Yoga Meets Jin Shin Jyutsu” a deep meditative and restorative practice imbued with the energetic blueprint of the Jin Shin Jyutsu practice and the biomechanical wisdom of the Kaiut Method.
