COVID19 Update: In-Person Sessions Suspended

Dear all, 

It is with an abundance of caution and commitment to the health and wellbeing of all that I have decided to suspend in person sessions starting immediately. At this point, it is impossible to know how long this will need to last. 

In this difficult and unpredictable time,  it is important that we work towards maintaining our mental, spiritual and physical health by keeping stress low and finding ways to keep our inner balance and peace. To that end, I will offer distance healing sessions in place of in-person sessions. I am also working on a plan to make online live Kaiut Yoga Classes available in the coming days. 

What is Distance Healing?

Research in the field of Quantum physics shows us that energy knows no limits due to a unified energetic field that connects all things. Within this field, the practitioner acts as a conduit or jumper cable,  assisting you to recharge your energetic battery, to relax and de-stress and to enable your body to heal. Stretching beyond the limits of time and space, distance healing sends universal healing energy to reach you no matter where you are. This type of healing is equally effective as an in person healing because we are working with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body. The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.

How does distance healing work? 

You will make your appointment as usual, pay for it online or let me know that you wish to use a session from your current package. 

At the appointed time, we will chat by phone or text. This will be our chance to check in about how you are feeling and for you to share any goals you may have for the session.

Then, you will turn off your phone and make yourself comfortable in a quiet place in your home where you can be undisturbed for our session.  I will begin the session while you relax. At the end, I will text you that your session is complete and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. 

Take a few moments before getting up and moving about. Drink plenty of water, listen to your body and rest or move accordingly.

I will reopen the office to in-person sessions when it feels safe to do so. I’ll keep you posted.
