Beth Molaro has been involved in the study and practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu since 2003, Reiki and other forms of Energy Healing since 2010.
Beth is an avid student of Energy Healing and continues to study various approaches to healing that enhance her understanding of the holistic/spiritual model and that add to her abilities. In addition to her ongoing study of Jin Shin Jyutsu and Reiki, studies in Energetic Cranial/Sacral Rhythms, Soul Focused/Esoteric Healing, Chakra Balancing, Clearing Ancestral Lines, Meditation and Yoga all help to enhance Beth’s natural and unique healing strengths and enable her to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being. Beth will always first be a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, but both her own personal practice and her healing practice are informed by these deep studies of Universal Energy.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a harmonizing art. It is a holistic-body, mind and spiritual approach to bring the body into harmony and balance. Reiki is a gentle and safe form of energy healing that is geared towards removing energy blocks in our system caused by emotional, mental or physical stress and pain. Reiki can help alleviate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stress. It is a way to ‘tune-up’ your energy to it’s healthiest state allowing for healing to take place. Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words: "Rei" meaning universal and "Ki" meaning life force energy. Reiki is the "life force energy" that flows through and around us, this energy is what allows us to be physically alive.
